A quick guide to what to do once you get to Greenhous Meadow for the game.
Shrewsbury Town Football Club was formed in 1886 and has been a cornerstone of the Shropshire community ever since. In 2007 the club moved to Greenhous Meadow, an all seater stadium, built just to the south of the picturesque town of Shrewsbury.
Accessed by Oteley Road the football ground is within easy access of the A5 and just a 30 minute walk from Shrewsbury Town Centre.
The purpose-built stadium has a capacity of9,875 across four stands. These include the West Stand (3,317 seats), the Roland Wycherley East Stand (2,741 seats), the Salop Leisure South Stand (1,955 seats) and the Pro Vision CCTV Stand North Stand (1796 seats for Away Supporters).
The Roland Wycherley Stand also includes 8 executive boxes, comfy seats for Sovereign Club members and sponsors and a family stand for the younger generation.
No matter how you travel to the game, there will be an option for you.
If you travel by car then there are four Park and Walk sites located near to the Greenhous Meadow- Meole Brace Park and Ride (Tuesday night games only), Sutton Grange Nursery, The Brooklands and Pritchards.
If you fancy travelling by bus, then a Park and Ride scheme is available from the Shirehall and express buses are available from the Town Centre near to the train station.
The ground is also well supplied with good cycle routes and cycle parking spaces available at the stadium.

Once you arrive at the ground, tickets are available from two ticket offices.
The main one is located at the main building on the Roland Wycherley stand, with the other on the West Stand, the other side of the ground.
We recommend that you buy tickets in advance either onlinehere or over the phone on 01743 273 943. Tickets can be collected on the day next to the ticket office.

So you’ve got your ticket, you’ve parked up, now it’s time for the matchday experience.
Get down to the ground early and soak up the atmosphere, gates open at 1:30pm for 3pm kick offs and 6:30pm for 7:45pm kick offs.
Our young supporters are very important to Shrewsbury Town Football club and our new community hub will be open on Saturday matchdays allowing families the opportunity to relax before the match starts.
The community hub is located at the south end of the ground, next to the training pitch, and provides a space for junior members to interact on matchday, while their parents can enjoy a drink.
This space is free for members with a small charge for their parents, so if you are interested in junior membershipclick here.
Once inside the ground you are sure to want a bite to eat.
Our buffet bars supply a wide range of products including Wrights pies, Rollover hotdogs, hot and cold soft drinks and a range of alcoholic beverages.
The buffets open when the turnstiles open and they will serve until around 4:30pm.
We recommend you get your food 10 minutes before kick off or during half time so that you don’t miss any of the action.
