A look at how Town's development players are getting on

After this weekend’s games we take a look at how Shrewsbury Town’s players got on at their loan clubs.

Kaiman Anderson produced another man of the match performance for Halesowen Town as they drew 1-1 with Nantwich Town. Anderson put Halesowen in front on 62 minutes, but Nantwich hit back 15 minutes from time as both sides get put in the hat for the next round.

Ethan Jones came on as a second half substitute as 10 man Tranmere Rovers drew 0-0 with top of the table Dagenham and Redbridge.

Callum Grogan made his first start of the season for Radcliffe Borough in their 1-1 draw with Clitheroe. The 18 year old Liverpudlian has been plagued by injury so far this season, but will now spend some time out on loan at the Greater Manchester club.

Meanwhile, Dom Smith was an unused substitute for Barrow as their unbeaten run stretched to 8 games with a 0-0 draw against second placed Forest Green Rovers. Smith will now head away with the Wales Under-21 squad.

And finally, Callum Burton has been recalled from his loan spell at Nuneaton Town. The goalkeeper picked up an injury midway through his loan spell forcing Nuneaton to sign a new goalkeeper, meaning Callum was no longer required.

Shrewsbury Town would like to thank Nuneaton for all their hard work during Callum’s time at the club.
