Webster v van Gerwen exhibition in February
Shrewsbury Town are delighted to announce that the Club will host its first-ever darts event- 'Clash of the Champions' - in2015 featuring two of the sport's top players!Current PDC World Champion and world number one Michael van Gerwen will arrive at the Greenhous Meadow to face 2008 BDO World Champion Mark Webster in a number of exhibition matches on Friday 27 February, 2015 in the Sovereign lounge.
There will also be several games where some lucky fans will get the chance to test their own skills with the arrows against the pair.
We might even get Town manager Micky Mellon up to the oche to see what his throwing skills are like!
There will be a raffle and auction on the night and food in the Venue 1886 kitchen will have a number of options on the menu.
The event will run from 8-10.45pm and ticket prices are as follows:
GOLD - £35 + VAT
VIP - £50 + VAT
STANDARD TABLE OF 10 - £350 + VAT
CORPORATE TABLES (VIP meet and greet) - £500 + VAT

Venue 1886 hospitality manager Stuart Brown said: "We are a popular venue for many different functions and parties but we always look to try and hos events that will appeal to a wider audience.
"Darts nights such as these are always very popular and it is great to have the world champion coming to the Greenhous Meadow.
"I am sure it will be a superb evening and hopefully the first of many such successful nights here."
