This July will mark 10 years of STFC at Oteley Road
This coming July marks 10 years since Shrewsbury Town moved from Gay Meadow to our new home on Oteley Road.There have been ups and downs during those 10 years with some great games as well as new Shrewsbury Town heroes taking to the pitch.
We will be looking to remember those 10 years through a number of supporters votes find out what the all-time Oteley Road team is, the favourite games and magic moments.
We will be working with BBC Radio Shropshire and the Shropshire Star as well as the clubs own media channels to make sure as many supporters get their chance to make their votes.
It will be a time to look back and celebrate the new history that the club has built at Oteley Road.
Town CEO Brian Caldwell is looking forward to supporters getting their chance to vote.
“Whenever a club moves to a new stadium it takes time to get used to the new home but in 10 years the club has created a lot of good memories here.
“During that time there have been many great games in the league but also a lot of great ones in the cup competitions.
“The club has grown during it’s time at Oteley Road both on and off the pitch and now is the time to have a look back and reflect on the last 10 years.
“We want to hear from the supporters and get their thoughts and use them to make a lasting record of the first 10 years on Oteley Road.”
