Four NCS and Fundraising roles available within Shrewsbury Town in the Community

Shrewsbury Town in the Community are seeking to employ four enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated National Citizen Service (NCS) staff to organise and deliver our NCS project for young people aged 15-17 in the Shropshire area.
We are looking for a full-time National Citizen Service & Fundraising Coordinator and National Citizen Service & Fundraising Assistant. Meanwhile, we are also looking for an NCS Team Leader and Team Assistant.
NCS is a voluntary programme for 15-17 year olds and exists to help tackle some of the biggest social challenges in our country:
• Social Cohesion – to bring our country together by building stronger, more integrated communities and fostering understanding between young people from different backgrounds
• Social Mobility – to build essential skills for life and work, investing in our country’s future talent
• Social Engagement – to engage young people in social action in their communities and the democratic process, building their understanding of their responsibilities as citizens
