Paul Hurst praises Season Ticket prices

Shrewsbury Town Boss Paul Hurst has urged fans to take advantage of the club’s Season Ticket deals.

Town have frozen season ticket prices once again for the 2017/18 season, with an adult ticket working out at just £12 a game.

It will be manager Paul Hurst’s first full season in charge of Town and he would love to see more fans down at the Greenhous Meadow.

“I’ve said before that I think this club is a big part of the local community”, Paul said.

"I think in fairness to the club to freeze that price again is a good gesture, because unfortunately everything else in life seems to go up.

“It will hopefully be my first full season in League One, that’s what I’m aiming for and hopefully the fans have liked what they’ve seen.

“The game the other night is not going to be a weekly occurrence, but if that doesn’t get people interested and wanting to come down I’m not sure there’s too much else we can do on the playing side.

“So, fingers crossed people do want to come. It’s a nice ground, hopefully some good football played at times and I urge as many people as possible to purchase a season ticket.”
