Midfielder talks to the press after the win at Oldham

Town midfielder Gary Deegan was relieved to finally get Town's first away win of the season.
The 3-2 victory was hard fought, with seven minutes of added time in the second half, but Town hung on and Deegan was delighted to get the three points.
"It's a relief," said Gary.
"It's just nice to get over the line. You think here we go again when we conceded that second goal but the boys held in there, did the job and have seen it out.
"It shows massive character, we go one-nil down and your thinking hold on a minute let's get back in the game and we knew once we got one back we could settle in and it gave us a platform to bounce from there on.
"At the start of the second half we get an early goal and it was perfect, it's what you need after half time. I think we're a good team, we expect to score goals. To get three is a little bit flattering but we'll take it."

On a wet, cold day in Greater Manchester it was key the team came into the game with the right mentality and Deegan feels like the side did that.
"I think it shows a lot of character because I think people would have questioned that character from last week, from being so convincing at two-nil to chuck the game away, but I'm so proud of all the lads, the staff, because it's a team effort and I'm buzzing to get three points
"I think we had the mentality of it being ugly, a hard place to go to. It's not going to be pretty at times but I think everyone did their job to a T, even the subs that came on helped us out, so you can be proud of all the lads.
"It's massive, we're on seven points now, and we’re starting to look up rather than down. It's momentum and let’s hope it continues with another away win next week."

Town's two new signings game into the side and Deegan is relishing the competition for places.
"We all know about Ebanks, he's scored goals up and down the leagues, so he brings us something different. You can't have a bad performance because there are people there who want your shirt and I'm not going to give it up that easily."

Deegan is now looking forward to getting a full week on the training pitch.
"It's a relief because we can actually work on things. It gives us a bit of time for preparation and we go again."
