Matt Bullin takes a look at our recent record against Bradford City

Town hold a slight historical advantage over Braford having won 22 of the 41 meetings between the sides, whilst Bradford have won 17 of the encounters and 12 have ended in draws.

In the most recent matchup between the sides; earlier this season Town lost 2-0 to Bradford at The Coral Windows Stadium.

Nicky Law opened the scoring for the home side, before Haris Vuckic sealed the three points with a 96th minute penalty.

Last season the sides met twice in League One as well. In the second match the points where shared at the Greenhous Meadow as the sides played out a 1-1 draw.

Jamie Proctor opened the scoring for Bradford with a 71st minute strike, before Town left it late to equalise with a goal from Jean Akpa-Akpro.

Earlier in the 15/16 season the fixture also finished 1-1. Bradford again took the lead, just before half time through Billy Clarke. Though it was not long after the break until Tyrone Barnett equalised, and Town left Yorkshire with a point.

The 2013/14 season saw the sides again meet twice in League One. In the second fixture Town left it late to win at the Greenhous Meadow.

Andrew Davies opened the scoring for Bradford in the 79th minute, only for Jon Taylor to equalise for Town just a minute later, before Shaun Miller eventually struck deep into injury time to claim all three points for Town.

Earlier in the 13/14 season however it was Bradford who left it late to secure a 2-1 home win.

Tom Bradshaw scored in just the second minute to give Town the lead, and it was only on the hour mark when Kyel Reid netted to equalise for Bradford. But it was not until the 94th minute that James Hanson struck to give Bradford all three points and send Town home with nothing.
