Paul Hurst Q and A

Gaffer set to face fans on the 9th March

Got a burning question for the Shrewsbury Town Manager Paul Hurst? Well, he is set to face the fans at a question and answer session on Thursday 9th March.

The event will take place in the Sovereign Suite at the Greenhous Meadow with a 7pm for 7:30pm start and will be hosted by the voice of Shrewsbury Town Stuart Dunn and recorded by BBC Radio Shropshire.

Paul has done a brilliant job since arriving in October, losing just once at home and this will be the first time that fans will have had the chance to quiz the manager during his tenure.

So, whether you want to know what it is like to be a football manager or who Paul would like to sign in the summer, then come down and join in with an open and frank discussion on all things Shrewsbury Town.

Paul is looking forward to meeting the fans and will look to give an honest assessment of his time at Shrewsbury Town so far.

“We spoke about doing one a little bit earlier but I probably hadn’t been in the job long enough to give an honest assessment of certain things”, said Paul.

“Hopefully we can get a few more positive results before then so it can be a good evening, but I’ve done it in the past and I certainly don’t mind answering people’s questions.

“It will be nice to meet one or two more fans. I’ve met quite a few with some of the events I have attended and I’m sure it will be an enjoyable evening.

“From past experience some questions are pretty general no matter what football club you are at and then you get one or two obscure ones and maybe one or two awkward ones, but I try and give an honest answer.”

The evening is free of charge and car parking will be available at the stadium.

Meanwhile, the whole Q and A will be streamed live on Facebook Live and the Club’s Official Website by local live streaming technology firm Audux.

Audux are an Anglo-Danish tech company based in Shropshire, who have developed an innovative Live Streaming system called POBIT.
