Senior Cup Final postponed as FA Youth Cup set to take place
Shrewsbury Town can confirm that the Shropshire Senior Cup Final against AFC Telford United, which was due to take place on Tuesday 1st November, has been postponed.This is due to the fact that Shrewsbury Town’s Under-18s will be involved in the FA Youth Cup at the Greenhous Meadow on that evening. FA Youth Cup games need to be played at the host clubs stadium and takes precedent over the SSC game.
The FA Youth Cup First Round sees Town take on Wolverhampton Casuals with a 7:45pm kick-off.

Parking will be free at the ground and food and drink will be on sale.
A new date for the Shropshire Senior Cup Final will be announced in due course after discussions between the Shropshire FA and the two clubs involved.
