Under-18s friendly: Town 4-1 Crewe Alexandra
Two goals from Jordan Wilson helped Shrewsbury Town's youth team hit four past Crewe Alexandra in a pre-season friendly victory on Tuesday.Town's youngsters took the lead inside two minutes at Lilleshall National Sports Centre through striker Kaiman Anderson, but the Alex hit back almost immediately.
However, Wilson fired Town back in front after eight minutes before grabbing a third in the 35th.
And fresh from making his debut for the first team on Saturday, Josh Ginnelly added a fourth for Town with 15 minutes left.
The young Shrews host Burton Albion in their final pre-season friendly on Saturday 26 July at Lilleshall NSC (11am kick-off).
