Tom Bradshaw returns to training

Bradders back in training and pencilled in for reserves game

Shrewsbury Town striker Tom Bradshaw has returned to training ahead of schedule.

It was initially feared the Wales under-21 international could face a race against time to play again this season when he suffered a knee injury in training last month.

But he has worked hard with physio Chris Skitt and could now make his comeback in a reserve team game at Walsall next week.

"Tom's back in training," said manager Mike Jackson. "Skitty's put his typical healing hands on him, as physios do, saying it's going to be 10 weeks and they come back in five and he's the best physio in the world!

"But he's done great getting him back and credit to Tom as he's worked hard. He's a young lad so they heal quickly.

"We've got a reserve game on Tuesday so it gives us a good chance to get some game time into him and a few others as well."
