Andrew Pugh takes up new challenge
Andrew Pugh is set to leave his post as Finance and General Manager of Shrewsbury Town Football Club at the end of the month to take up a role as Head of Finance at Walford and North Shropshire College based in Oswestry.
The Chairman would like to thank Andrew for his hard work and commitment over the past four and a half years during a challenging economic time for the business and wishes him every success for the future. The staff also wish him every success in his new post. Andrew’s replacement will be announced in due course.
Andrew says:“I have enjoyed my time with STFC, my interaction with staff, players and supporters. I am proud to have been involved with the club during the promotion season, the experiences in league One and I am grateful for the support the Chairman, Board and all the staff have given me.
I am sad to leave STFC, but I am looking forward to joining Walford and North Shropshire College as Head of Finance. My role at STFC has given me valuable experience for my career development”
