Annual Carol Concert on Thursday 11 December
The annual Shrewsbury Town carol concert has been confirmed for Thursday 11 December with a 7pm start.It will be held this year at Shrewsbury Abbey with Micky Mellon and a number of the first team squad and staff attending.
Reverend Phil Cansdale will be taking the service with local schools and choirs leading the carols.
Shrewsbury Town chief executive Matt Williams said: ”The Abbey is the perfect venue for the club to host the annual carol concert this year.
“Having it during the week will hopefully give a lot of our fans the opportunity to come down and help us to get into the Christmas spirit.
“With Micky and a number of players being in attendance it promises to be a magical night and we hope everyone can join us.”
Tickets are available now from the ticket office at the Greenhous Meadow, they are free but due to limited availability everyone attending will need a ticket in advance.
