Midfielder Ian Black is also set to make his debut for Shrewsbury in the Tuesday night clash.
"Jean-Louis won’t be available for private issues and James Collins will also be ruled out as he has had a baby so we will give him some time with his little boy," said Micky.
"I need to keep the squad healthy physically and mentally. We will probably change it up a little bit to keep everyone fresh but we won’t be reckless.
"I rate the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy and I want to win so we will be going for it at Fleetwood. Nathaniel Knight-Percival will be rested because he needs a break.”
The Town boss has also confirmed that strikers Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro and James Collins will be missing for personal reasons, while defender Nathaniel Knight-Percival will be rested.
“He has got a groin injury so he will be out a few weeks," Micky said on Halstead.
"Thankfully we have quality goalkeepers here so it won’t be a problem.
"I am devastated for Mark because he has waited patiently for his chance so to pick an injury up after two games is a real shame."
Heading into the clash on the Fylde Coast, Micky has confirmed that goalkeeper Mark Halstead will not be available having picked up a groin injury.
"I am looking forward to taking Shrewsbury back there but to me it is just another game for us to try and win," said Micky.
"I don’t believe for me this game is more important than any other.
"What matters is winning for the Club and the town and I approach every game just trying to get the result for my current club.
"I am sure they won’t be offended if I celebrate if we score because they know how much respect I have for them after the great time I had there."
“It is the first time I have been back so it will be nice to see some familiar faces.
"I had a terrific time there, I worked with some great people and it was a special part of my life.
"It was a thrill to be a part of Fleetwood’s success and to get them from non-league to where they are now.
"It was a lot of hard work to do what we did, a lot of people were involved in the journey.”
But the Shrewsbury boss' focus is only on making sure his side come away from Tuesday night's clash victorious.
