Micky Supports Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Day

"I organised it because relatives passed away from Pancreatic Cancer.

"It was absolutely fantastic to have Micky Mellon come down and show his support."
Jill Martin, who organised the setup at the Co-op, said:

"I was glad to get the opportunity to meet some fantastic local people and hopefully help with their mission to make more people aware of horrendous disease that can strike anybody at any time.

"If we can help as a football club in any way then it has been absolutely worthwhile."

Micky, along with Club President Mal Starkey, showed his support at the Co-op and insists the Club will continue to support good causes.

The shop had a table set up with balloons, cakes and information leaflets in order to help raise awareness of the disease.

Manager Micky Mellon visited the Co-Operative Food store in Radbrook Green on Friday afternoon to support World Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Day.
