Programme Now On Sale For Morecambe Clash

19 December 2014

92-page edition jam packed with content

This weekend's festive matchday programme, Town Talk, is packed with an extra eight pages of content and everything you need to know ahead of our game against Morecambe.

Designed by O Publishing, this next edition includes a feature interview with defender Nathaniel Knight-Percival, who signed for the Club in the summer.

The Johnstone's Paint Trophy winner with Peterborough United discusses his move to the Greenhous Meadow in-depth while looking back over his playing career to date.

Having worked in a car factory while playing part-time football for Histon, Knight-Percival revealed to Town Talk: "I'd go off to work at 8am, get home at 5.30pm, get my football stuff and drive to training where I would be until about 8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, then come home and have my dinner and go to bed before doing it all again the next day."

Knight-Percival is joined inside by winger Bobby Grant, striker Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro, stadium manager/safety officer Alan Roberts and youth team midfielder Joel Carta.

With Christmas less than a week away, we have thrown in a festive quiz and asked Akpa Akpro to teach us some French Christmas words, while we also look back on the Christmas carol concert at Shrewsbury Abbey.

In this week's celebrity interview feature, Martin Wild catches up with antiques expert Paul Hayes who is best known for presenting the TV show Cash In The Attic on the BBC.

The regular columns from Colin Bloomfield, Stuart Dunn, Ryan Jervis and James Bond are all included, with Bob Davies providing the view from the pressbox this week.

You can also read about all the recent and upcoming activity involving Shrewsbury Town Community Sports Trust and the youth and ladies sides, while we unveil the new Shrewsbury Town club badge.

The programme is available to buy now from around the Greenhous Meadow for just £3!
