A new date for the tie will be confirmed in due course.
However, the game has now been called off.
The young Shrews were scheduled to face the Latics in Round Three of the Football League Youth Alliance Cup (North) at Shrewsbury Sports Village.
Shrewsbury Town can confirm that the youth team's cup match against Oldham Athletic on Saturday morning has been postponed.
