Ticket System Booking Fees

18 June 2015

Information on the booking fees on the new ticketing system

The new Ticketmaster ticket system launched yesterday and fans have been logging in to get to grips with the new layout and features on offer.

As always we look for feedback from our fans and try to respond to this to make the use of the system as easy and clear as possible.

One of the main questions we have been receiving is about the booking fees that apply when booking online.

There is a £2 booking fee in place now compared to the £1 that was charged last season. (This was only charged if people selected post)

This charge is per transaction and not per ticket, so if you are buying several tickets for one game or tickets for several games you will only be charged the one booking fee of £2.

We will be launching the popular Flexi Ticket again shortly which allows fans to buy a book of 6 ticket vouchers which can be used to get matchday tickets for 6 games of their choice.

When buying a Flexi Ticket online or over the phone you will be charged the £2 booking fee.  You will not be charged again when swapping your vouchers for matchday tickets.

Print At Home, at present the booking fee is being charged when fans use the option to print your tickets at home.  This is being reviewed and it is hoped it will change in the near future.

From Monday fans will once again be able to buy tickets in person from the Greenhous Meadow Ticket Office. There will be no booking fee on transactions made from the ticket office in person.

When accessing the ticket system via the mobile phone platform, fans are unable to view the stadium seating map as this is only available on a desktop computer.
