ShrewsWeb listened to the post match interview to get the thoughts of Gary Peters
It was a great come back but we didn't want to be where we were in the first half, the lads showed great character and spirit and it's probably the best point we are going to get for a long time.
Milton Keynes are the best side in the division by a mile, in the first half we couldn't get near to them but we had to show character and they certainly did that.
Kelvin launched himself at the ball and it was a superb goal from him, he'd just taken the armband off Ben and it was that bit of lift we needed, and it gave us that little lift we needed and it allowed the half-time talk to be positive.
We said at half-time that they had to step up and be counted; it was the time we were going to find out about ourselves and our players. We needed the players to go out there with spirit and heart and to believe.
We learnt a lot from that game as we probably showed them too much respect in the first place, we should have been a lot more like we did in the second half.
I don't think James Constable has played two whole games yet but he's got 3 goals, he's had a couple of sub appearances. He is a goal scorer, we know Guy is a goal scorer and we've brought them in to help Hibbo as he hasn't had any help all season, he's now got the two of them helping to push things along.
We won't get carried away with anything but I want the lads to realise how good they can be, we did the same away to Bradford but when we attacked we didn't keep the back door shut but today we showed that we learnt from that.
We can't have too much respect for teams, we showed too much respect in the first half and instead of taking the ball to them we let them get the ball down and pass it too easily and they looked a quality outfit and we needed to ruffle a few feathers in the second half.
They can't be happy to let a 3-0 win slip away like that as it doesn't happen that often, and that point is probably better than any win we've got this season.
Ben Davies has got a tight hamstring, how bad it is I don't know but I don't think that he will be available for Saturday.
