Player out of loan

Marc Pugh has joined Hereford United on loan until the end of the season.

Hereford enquired about Pughey's availablity and Simmo was happy for him to join the League 1 club until the end of the season.

Simmo broke the new to ShrewsWeb this afternoon after the paperwork had been done:"Marc is down the pecking order here so the move is good one for him.

"We'll see how things do until the end of the season then take another look at it."

In other news Town's reserves took on Crewe Alex this afternoon at the Prostar in a friendly game and went down to a 1-0 defat.
