This week has seen Grant Holt pick up another bunch of awards with him coming away from the supporter's awards night with another set of trophies.
Holty's 28 goals have played a big part in Town's results this season and helped with the current league position.
Saturday's trip to Dagenham is set up to be an interesting encounter with both sides needing a win to see their seasons' extended into the playoffs: "We've know for a few weeks now that the scenario would be that we had to go to Dagenham and win the game.
"That is the way things have panned out and we have to go into the game with the belief that we have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
"We have to go there and enjoy ourselves, not hold anything back and to try and win the game by as many as we can."
Town need a win, it is as simple as that and the lads have been working all week to give themselves the best chance possible of achieving this: "In one aspect there is now a lot of pressure off us in that Dagenham are in the position that they can chuck it away.
"The only thing we can do is win so the lads are going into the game with nothing to fear.
"We've had a good week, the training has been good and we've had a bit of team bonding and everyone is in good spirits.
"It will be a full house at Dagenham and we've got to go down there, enjoy it and show that we are the better side.
"We've turned them over twice this year and on our day we are a good enough team to beat anyone."
Town's performances this season have been decent but this hasn't been reflected in the results. Holty acknowledges that he could have converted a few more chances in recent games and is looking to put that right on Saturday:"We have been putting in good performances where we are either defending well or scoring but what we need to do put both parts together.
"I've been a bit disappointed with myself with some of my finishing but we have worked on that this week.
"The training has been good and positive and everything has been geared up for winning this weekend."
The last few weeks have seen the rest of the side chip in with goals and hopefully this will continue into Saturday and beyond: "We've said all season that we need difference people to get goals from different areas and we have started to do that.
"Chaddy's come in and done great, he is workman like, holds the ball up, gets in where it hurts and has nicked in with a couple of important goals.
"Ashy nicked in with a goal last weekend and is that the little bit that we've been waiting for with things starting to go our way.
"We got the away win at Rotherham and if we can keep things going then who knows what the season will end with.
"The way we are shaping up at the moment I think we have a great chance of going and winning it."
The away send at Victoria Road will be packed out with Town fans on Saturday and Holty is hoping the lads can give them a good journey home: "It's great to have that big a following going with us and the fans have been great all season.
"The lads were a little bit disappointed after the Lincoln game when we came back out to give the crowd our applause but we can understand why some didn't wait.
"It's good to see the big support coming with us and hopefully we can give them something that we haven't done many times this season and that is to give then a good journey home.
"You never want to have a season where it just peters out so thankfully we have got something to fight for.
"I'm hoping we can speak again on Saturday night when we've achieved the ob that we set out to do.
"I'm sure the fans are happy that we've still got something to aim for this week and hopefully we can do it."
