Well, thanks to Wrexham & Shropshire it's going to be even more special for the wives and girlfriends of Shropshire Town FC players. Concerned that they made the most of their fellas' big day, Wrexham & Shropshire stepped in to offer them travel to Wembley in first class style.

While the players have their pre-match team talk, the wives, girlfriends and their families will sit back, relax and enjoy a sophisticated complimentary breakfast of a fresh fruit platter, smoked salmon with lemon and petit pain or a warm pain au chocolat with tea or coffee and orange juice while making their way to Wembley.

Diane Davidson, Wrexham & Shropshire's customer services manager, said: "Whilst being avid supporters of the local football team, us girls like a bit of luxury now and again. Our special First class carriage will enable wives and girlfriends and their families to soak up the pre-match atmosphere in style and comfort, whilst enjoying a good natter with friends over a complimentary drink or two!."

The WAGs carriage will form part of the first of the special trains laid on by Wrexham & Shropshire leaving Shrewsbury station at 9.07, stopping at Telford before going direct to Wembley. The carriage returns to Shrewsbury on the later of the two trains serving a selection of complimentary sandwiches or salad bowls followed by delicious cheesecake.

The players can worry about the smallest thing so to know that their loved ones will be travelling in such style helps to put them at ease.
