Town's injury problems looked to be increasing on Saturday with both Jake Simpson and Joss Labadie taking blows during the game.
Joss took a blow to the back of his head whereas Jake got his head in the way of a full bloodied clearance which left him looking dazed at the final whistle.
The news on both of them looks good this morning as Town manager Paul Simpson started his preparations for the weekend visit of Crewe Alexandra: "Jake took the full force of the ball in his face during the second half and after he was a little groggy for 5 to 10 minutes.
"He complained that his hands were feeling numb and this caused some concern from the Doc who advised taking Jake off.
"With Joss having treatment after a blow to the back of his head Jake said he would stay on as we would have been down to 10 men.
"In the end Joss was ok to continue and Jake came off to receive some treatment from the Doc.
"He was a bit sore on Saturday night but seems ok this morning though is still a little groggy."
