The Football League's Official Junior Reporter Competition is continuing this season and is now open for entries.

To take part, each club is asked to run their own local competition to find a budding sports journalist. The club winners will then go forward to national judging to identify one winner from each division, which The Football League will then invite for a day out at the relevant divisional Play-Off Final at Wembley in order to write a report of the day to feature on www.football-league.co.uk.

Shrewsbury Town wish to invite as many entries as possible from our budding sports reporters of the future. The conditions of entry are simple:

- We invite young fans of the club to enter the competition by submitting a match report of a game they have watched at our ground. Entries will be accepted for more than one individually reported game.
- Entries can be submitted by e mail, by post or handed in to the club.
- Entries to The Football League's national competition will only be accepted from children aged 14 years and under
- The closing date will be Monday 21stth April 2010.
- The entrant's name, age and contact details must be submitted with each entry
- The winner's match report is ideally put up on our website & the url sent to The Football League.
