The Wolverhampton born midfielder made his breakthrough at Walsall after progressing through the ranks at the Saddlers.He made his Walsall debut in a League Cup game against Walsall and then became a feature in the side spending 7 years with the Saddlers and making over 120 appearances.He was released by Walsall and made the short trip down to join MK Dons where once again he was a hit.He was with the Dons for two seasons and made 77 appearances for the side.Next on the agenda was a move to Bright & Hove Albion but Mark failed to settle and quickly made the switch to Bristol Rovers. He made 24 appearances for the Gas but would only spend a season at the club before being made available for transfer.Graham Turner has brought him to Shrewsbury on an initial 6 month loan and Mark has shown a lot of early promise.
