This section of the website is designed to allow a much easier way to ask the club questions and to get answers.
There are two ways of asking questions:-
Email: to questions@shrewsburytown.co.uk with the subject Question to the Club.
Web: Pop along to the Questions to the Club section on ShrewsChat.
We will then aim to get you an answer, or begin dialogue with the correct person at the club, with 7 working days.
Every few weeks we will publish an update on the website of a selection of the questions that have been sent in and the answer that have been sent.
The aim is to give fans a smoother more efficient way of asking the club questions.
When you email questions@shrewsburytown.co.uk please indicate if you would rather the question not be displayed on the website.
Fans will understand that there may be times when some questions may not be answerable due confidentiality and legal restrictions, but you will be informed of this.

Q - Hello,
In the club statement on the West Stand safety gate the composition of the Safety Advisory Group was mentioned. It appears from that statement that there is no fans representation on that group which i feel is an issue that should be addressed. Match going fans are the people who use the facilities not those groups mentioned, therefore I think it appropriate that their opinions be taken into account. Can the club address this issue ?

The "make up" of this meeting is determined by Shropshire Council of which STFC is a member - STFC do not chair it- I will however raise it as a point at the next meeting .

Q - Hi Got a slight moan regarding the toilets in the south stand. There is only one hand drier available to everyone washing their hands. Is it possible the club could put another couple in. There is plenty of room to the left of the sinks for at least 2.

We had a similar issue with the west stand - which we installed extra into last season.
I will look into installing extra into the South.
