This new section of the website is designed to allow a much easier way to ask the club questions and to get answers.
There are two ways of asking questions:-
Email: to questions@shrewsburytown.co.uk
Or
Web: Pop along to the Questions to the Club section on ShrewsChat.
We will then aim to get you an answer, or begin dialogue with the correct person at the club, with 7 working days.
Every few weeks we will publish an update on the website of a selection of the questions that have been sent in and the answer that have been sent.
The aim is to give fans a smoother more efficient way of asking the club questions.
When you email questions@shrewsburytown.co.uk please indicate if you would rather the question not be displayed on the website.
Fans will understand that there may be times when some questions may not be answerable due confidentiality and legal restrictions, but you will be informed of this.

Q - I was wondering if the club has ever thought about putting away supporters in the South stand. If the club got promoted and there was a large away contingent there would be a greater capacity in that stand. It would enable home supporters to exit the ground sooner if home supporters were in the North stand and then would not have to go right around the ground to get out as it is now when there is a large away contingent. The gate at the back of block 19 near the Power league could be moved to block 13 so away supporters could not go through the home supporters by the West stand. So home supporters in the North stand and away supporters in the South stand would make a lot more sense to me.
A - Thanks for your question..... At the design stages of the Stadium, consideration was given to the location of the away supporters.
The facts that have led to the away fans being where they are follow:
1. Control Room at the away end, as it is the belief that the away fans will buy into the new stadium concept least of all. They only have to visit once a season.
2. At the South Stand end, we have the Shropshire FA offices, the manager and coaches offices, and our training ground, all of which would be 'attractive' to the risk element that may visit.
3. South Stand capacity is 1960 and North Stand is 1790, therefore only 170 seats difference is not seen as an issue.
4. Only around 35% of away fans travel by coach, many travel by car, with a small proportion using the park and ride facility. The remainder would have to leave the stadium and walk across the 'swell' of home supporters on the car park.
Above all, the welfare and safety of both home and away fans is of paramount importance and the North Stand was chosen as the best option.
I think we have it right.
