It was back to totesport.com reserve league action when Wrexham were the visitors to the Greenhous Meadow.
Town had a number of injuries and with the first team playing Stoke City the previous evening it was a young looking Town side who took to the pitch.
It was an entertaining game with both sides having chances and looking to take the early advantage.
Town were testing the Wrexham keeper Chris Maxwell who made a string of good saves to keep out Bradshaw and Bright.
In the second half Wrexham's experience started to show and two goals in a fifteen minute period proved to be the difference.
Overall a good work out that the young Town side can take a lot from, if they had taken their chances then the result could have easily gone the home side's way.
