Liverpudlian born striker, who is currently in his second spell at the club.
Having began his career with Blackpool, he moved to Accrington Stanley in 2005 where he helped them gain promotion to the Football League.
Mangan then joined Bury, before dropping into Non League with Forest Green Rovers. A prolific goalscorer at that level, he moved onto Wrexham before being signed by Micky Mellon at Fleetwood Town in 2011.
In his first season with the Cod Army he scored 19 goals playing alongside Jamie Vardy as Fleetwood were promoted to the Football League.
After returning to the Conference for another spell at Forest Green Rovers, Micky Mellon made Mangan a priority signing when he took over a Shrewsbury boss in the summer of 2014.
In his first season with Town Mangan scored 10 goals in all competitions including a famous goal against Chelsea in the Capital One Cup.
Worries over his injury record led to him moving to Tranmere last summer, but after proving his fitness Mellon once again acted quickly to bring Andy back on board in January in order to help preserve Town’s League One status.
