The former Wolves frontman joined Town on loan from Chesterfield until January, in the summer of 2016.
Ebanks-Blake started his career with Manchester United, failing to make an appearance, and was sent out on loan to Royal Antwerp in Holland.
After leaving United his joined Plymouth Argyle, scoring 21 goals in 66 games for the Pilgrims.
He was then sold to Wolves for £1.5 million and went on to score 61 goals in 177 games for the West Midlands side.
After leaving Wolverhampton, he had short spells with Ipswich and Preston, before signing for Chesterfield in 2015.
He scored 10 goals last season for The Spireites, and manager Micky Mellon was quick to snap him up on loan.
