This guide is designed to help you make the most of your visit to the Meadow. You’ll be able to see where to park your car, where to go before the game, food and drink options and much more.
About the Greenhous Meadow
Based on Oteley Road, Greenhous Meadow has been the home of Shrewsbury Town Football Club since 2007.
The purpose-built stadium has a capacity of 9,875 across four stands. Away supporters are based in the Pro Vision CCTV Stand North Stand. The stand can hold up to 1796 away fans and includes platform seating for disabled fans.
Signage around the stadium complex will guide you to the stand which is situated behind one of the goals.
Some matches may be all-ticket and in this case you must purchase your tickets from your own club. However, if we are selling tickets on matchday then the Away Stand has its own ticket office which is situated on the outside of the Pro-Vision CCTV Stand.
Ticket Prices for 2017/18 Season are as follows:
Adult – £20
Senior (65+) – £15
Disabled – £15
Student – £15
Young Adult – £15
Junior 12-18 – £8
Junior 8-11 – £6**
Under 8 – FREE*
*Junior Under 8s are free as long as they are brought with an Adult or Senior.
**Please note any Junior Under 12 will not be able to get a match ticket without being seated next to and purchased with an Adult.
Situated on the South side of Shrewsbury, the Greenhous Meadow is just a stone’s throw away from the A5 and A49.
If you are travelling from the North (Warrington) or South (Hereford) then you will arrive in Shrewsbury on the A49 and you should follow the signs to the football ground.
If you are travelling from either the West (Mid-Wales) or the East (Birmingham) then you will arrive in Shrewsbury on the A5 and you should also follow signs for the football club.

If you are arriving by coach you will be dropped off right outside the back of the Pro-Vision CCTV Stand.
The railway station is two miles from the stadium. On leaving the railway station proceed to the bus station (300 yards) to travel on the Express Bus Service or Arriva operated services.
A bus service will run three journeys from the town's bus station to and from the stadium for Saturday and two journeys for mid-week matches.
The service will pick up at The Shirehall Car Park.
The return service will leave the stadium from behind the South Stand ten minutes after the end of the match.

We are situated next to the Meole Brace Retail Park where you can find a number of different food and drink options, including McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee and Starbucks.
If you are looking for something a little stronger then The Brooklands and Charles Darwin Pubs are the best options. Both are just a 10 to 15 minute walk away from the ground and serve a range of beers, ciders and spirits. They also offer hot meals and matchday parking.
Once in the ground we provide catering inside the concourse. This includes a selection of Wright’s Pies, Rollover hot dogs, a selections of crisps and chocolate, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.
Our Club Shop is stocked with a wide range of goods including our Replica Errea Kits. Errea training wear is also available for purchase while we also have a good selection of leisurewear items including coats, polo shirts and t-shirts.
We also have a wide range of smaller items including pin-badges, scarfs, and stationary items, all of which make the perfect gift for the Shrewsbury Town fan in your life.
The Club Shop is situated next to the main ticket office in the Roland Wycherley Stand.
The Shop is open from 10am on matchdays and stays open for half an hour after the game.
Shrewsbury Town’s Award Winning match programme is a bargain at only £3. Designed by Ignition Sports Media the programme was voted as League Two Programme of the Year in 2014/15 and followed that up by winning League One Programme of the Year in 2015/16.
The programme is filled with content including ten-pages dedicated to the opposition. There are also regular features on our Academy, Community Department and Ladies Team. The programme also features a pull-out kids section including a poster which can be signed by the featured player.
The Golden Gamble is our half time draw, and tickets can be bought before the game from the authorised sellers. Each and every ticket is entered into the draw, with 50% of all the takings going straight to the winner!

Shrewsbury is the county town of Shropshire and is set on the banks of the meandering River Severn. The town itself has a long history and many of the buildings date back to the 16th century and beyond.
