Supporter banned after complaints at Birmingham game
Following complaints from supporters at the pre-season friendly against Birmingham City July 24, 2012, a Shrewsbury Town supporter has been banned from attending all home fixtures for the remainder of the season.
The club did not take this decision lightly but felt that the nature of the complaints merited a ban of this length.
Shrewsbury Town are a family club and are hoping that new supporters will attend fixtures this season in League 1. We do not want them to leave a game vowing not to come back because of the behaviour of other Town fans.
The club would like to thank the supporters who raised the issues, and would like to again reiterate that the club will not accept poor standards of behaviour by its supporters.
