Changes to management team at Shrewsbury Town

Announcement from the Board of Shrewsbury Town FC

Following an internal notification we are pleased to announce that with effect from Tuesday 14th August 2012

• Andrew Pugh has been appointed General Manager of the club and will retain his financial responsibilities.

• Martin James has been appointed Head of Human Resources and Community Development.

Together they will be charged with the responsibility of overall management of the non-football business.  They will report directly to the Board.

These appointments are part of a decision regarding the accountability and responsibility of all members of staff throughout the non-football business.   We will establish a measurable targeting and reporting system to ensure that we all contribute to the team effort needed to continue to grow the business, and that those efforts are recognised.

We trust that you will give Andrew and Martin your 100% support.
