Chairman’s Christmas message
On behalf of the Board, management and all of our staff we wish all of our supporters and sponsors a very happy Christmas time and a prosperous New Year.
2012 has been a momentous year for this football club with the successful promotion campaign to achieve League One status. The scenes at the end of the Dagenham match here at the Greenhous Meadow will live long in our memories and become a part of folklore in the future.
At the end of this year we reflect on the loved ones who have supported and those who have worked for the club who have sadly passed from our lives. Our thoughts are with them and their families.
We now enter the New Year with hope and determination that Graham and his squad can push on and secure our place in League One. The promotion has been a sharp learning curve for many associated with the club. It is a real challenge that everyone relishes and accepts. Together we are strong and the future is bright.
Thank you for your generous and vocal support through 2012. A New Year brings expectations and opportunities for all.
