Saturday is mulled wine and mince pie day at the clubshop
The Shrewsbury Town club shop will throw open its doors for its annual Saturday with a Christmas flavour this weekend.
Each year there's a designated day when we offer all visitors to the shop complimentary mince pies and mulled win and it's that time again this coming Saturday, December 8 between 10am and 4pm.
Sib and Si from the club shop have been delighted with the response to their special 12 Days of Christmas intitiative which kicked off last weekend and offer super savings.
Keen to get into the season of goodwill, they have come up with 12 days of different offers on a host of items from the club's clothing range plus other souvenirs which are available at discounted prices.
"There will be as much as 25 per cent off some items," said Sib. "There's lots of real bargains to be had and it's our way of saying thank you to our supporters.
"We started our 12 Days of Christmas last Saturday as we needed to allow time for items to be posted out to people in time for Christmas.
"Each day something different will be available at a special reduced price which supporters can see either by calling in at the club shop in person or by viewing our revamped online club shop.
"There's something for everyone and we're confident it will continue to go down well with our supporters."
The club shop will have additional opening hours throughout December from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm to offer people extra time to buy their Shrewsbury Town related gifts.
It is also open on the three remaining Saturdays before Christmas.
