Lenny's Club proving a bit hit with fans
Looking for an ideal Christmas present for the young Shrewsbury Town supporters in your life?
Well, look no further than securing them a membership of the exciting new Shrewsbury Town junior supporters club, Lenny's Club, which is proving to be extremely popular since its recent launch.
There is a special offer in place until January 12 which ensures two children will receive membership for a special price of £25. Alternatively, membership is £15 per child which includes a goody bag packed with exclusive Lenny gifts.
The club gives young fans the chance to get more involved with Shrewsbury Town - and Sean Evans, who is running Lenny's Club along with Sib Hayes, said he had been delighted with the initial response.
"The reaction has been very pleasing," said Sean. "It's been very well received and we're hopeful it will continue to get bigger and better as time goes on.
"We had been working for a long time on this project and we hope junior supporters will be excited about getting involved.
"A lot of club already operate successful junior supporters clubs and we believe this was the right time to reintroduce one at Shrewsbury Town.
"I was a member of the old Junior Blues when I was younger and it was something I was passionate about bringing back.
"Children are the club's future supporters and we have plenty of exciting ideas to make them feel more involved with their favourite club.
"We are hoping for a good response and a membership would be an ideal Christmas gift for junior supporters."
Children aged up to four will be a Lenny Cub while youngsters from five to 14 will become a Lenny Lion.
