Shrewsbury Town have unveiled plans to upgrade the scoreboard and concourse TVs at the Greenhous Meadow.
The current scoreboard and screens have been in place since the stadium opened in 2007 and the club have decided it's now time for them to be modernised.
ADI TV, who supply screens and scoreboards to top Premier League clubs, will help upgrade the scoreboard at the North Stand end of the Greenhous Meadow while the current TV system in the stadium's concourses is to be replaced by new screens after the club agreed a deal with Eleven Media.
It is hoped the TVs will be in place for the start of the season while the scoreboard upgrade is also planned to take place shortly.
Richard Hill, Shrewsbury Town's commercial development manager, said: "In order to drive the club forward commercially we need to look at alternate revenue streams. We can now offer increased advertising platforms on the new scoreboard and TVs.
"With the changing needs of our customers the club realises the need to modernise what it can offer.
"The new TVs should help enhance the matchday experience for our supporters while the scoreboard will also benefit the appearance of the stadium.
"The Super Blues club have kindly donated the majority of the money needed to fund this project and, as always, the club are immensely grateful for their support."
