Town’s supplier holds successful roadshow at Greenhous Meadow
The Sovereign Suite at the Greenhous Meadow has undergone an impressive transformation into a smaller version of the Good Food Show yesterday.
A number of stalls offering a host of tasty treats attracted plenty of interest in a trade roadshow staged by Castell Howell Foods.
Shrewsbury Town enjoy a close working relationship with the South Wales-based company who in recent years have expanded their operations in Wales and the West.
Hoteliers, restauraunts and local businesses all visited the Meadow to see what there was on offer in a pleasing response.
The roadshow further showcased the flexibility of the Sovereign Suite as a venue.
"The company are expanding and we were delighted they opted to use our facilities," said Andrew Bunton, hospitality manager at Shrewsbury Town.
"Castell Howell Foods are one of our main suppliers and this was their second trade roadshow of the week having also done one in Chester.
"It went very well and they were pleased with the facilities we were able to provide and the overall response."
