Memory Walk this Sunday at Attingham Park
Shrewsbury Town manager Graham Turner unfortunately won’t be able to start this Sunday’s Memory Walk at Attingham Park as previously reported. Town captain Matt Richards has happily agreed to take the managers place and will be there with the Community Development manager Martin James.
Matt and Martin will be at Attingham Park to signal the start of the walk at 11am on Sunday morning with registration for the event from 10am.
Melanie Keegan, from the Alzheimer's Society, added: "People can register for the walk on the day.
"The theme of the walk is 'the year you were born'. There is a one mile and a three mile walk with the shorter walk the more accessible for those who are less mobile."
