Stockholm meet up for the Walsall game
The Swedish branch of Shrewsbury Town Supporters Club have set a date for their first official meeting in Stockholm.
They will hold a get together at The Dubliner pub in the Swedish capital when they will also watch Town face Walsall in front of the live Sky TV cameras.
Graham Owen, a big Town fan originally from Mid Wales, hopes there will be a good turn out from potential members given the Swedish Shrews brought 14 people to Shrewsbury for the home game against AFC Wimbledon last October.
He has recently been enjoying showing Town's larger than life mascot Lenny the Lion the sights and sounds of Stockholm having recently donned the outfit to compete in the Stockholm 10KM Midnight Run.
Graham has drawn up a number of aims for the Swedish Shrews which he outlines here - and he can be contacted direct for more details at graham_owen53@hotmail.com

Our organisation
We invite individual membership which is accessible to everyone who wants to contribute to our aims and to do the best for Shrewsbury Town FC.
We have a committee consisting of a chairman, secretary and a treasurer who produce an annual plan for the group. Each year an annual meeting is held prior to the start of the season.
A nominal membership is requested to cover administrative costs.
