Vale away and Tranmere at home for youngsters
Cup draws have thrown up mixed fortunes for Shrewsbury Town's youth team with one home tie and one away trip.
Town will take on Port Vale at Vale Park in the first round of the Midland Youth Cup on Monday, September 23 (7pm).
Admission prices are £5 adults and £2 concessions.
But Town will be at home in the Youth Alliance Cup first round having been handed a tie against Tranmere Rovers on Saturday, October 5 (11am).
The match will be played at Shrewsbury Sports Village and admission is free.
