Town spend the day at Lilleshall to train ahead of Blades game
There's another change of scenery for the Shrewsbury Town squad today as they are training at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre.
In recent weeks they have also been put through their paces at RAF Shawbury and the Shrewsbury Sports Village as manager Graham Turner continues to look for decent training facilities.
"We've had difficulty finding good training facilities as everything's been a quagmire," he said. "We've trained once or twice on the pitch but that's getting fairly well worn now and cut up so we're trying to be reasonable with the groundsman.
"We've booked a pitch at Lilleshall so we'll go out and have a game out there and do some extra work after that.
"We'll have a good look at what the set up there is like, the pitches in particular, and see whether that can be a venue for us."
