Asa starts 6 month stint with U's
Shrewsbury Town midfielder Asa Hall has joined Oxford United on a six-month loan.
It means a return to the Kassam Stadium for the player who signed for Town from the League Two club last summer.
"Asa's gone on a six month loan to Oxford," said manager Graham Turner. "Unfortunately it hasn't quite worked out for him here but he did have a good spell at Oxford before signing here so I hope he does well there.
"It was unfortunate for him last season going to Aldershot on loan and them being relegated and now they're in serious financial difficulties.
"I'm sure Oxford won't find themselves in that position and I'm sure he can help them do well this season."
