U21 Elite Development visit on Saturday
Shrewsbury Town have arranged a pre-season friendly against Manchester City's U21 Elite Development Squad at the Greenhous Meadow on Saturday (3pm).
The City first team are in Asia at the moment but their talented youngsters will be heading to the Meadow led by coach Patrick Vieria, the legendary former Arsenal midfielder and French World Cup winner.
The City young guns have recently been on tour in Croatia and their squad includes a number of youth internationals from England, Ireland, Belgium, France, Romania, Austria and Slovakia.
Graham Turner is pleased to have arranged a fixture to test his squad ahead of the League One opener against MK Dons the following Saturday.
