Reserve and youth fixtures confirmed
Shrewsbury Town's reserve team are one of eight clubs in this season's Central League Division West.
The other teams involved are Wigan Athletic, just relegated from the Premier League, plus Morecambe, Oldham Athletic, Port Vale, Tranmere Rovers, Walsall and Wrexham.
Town will open their campaign against Port Vale at the Greenhous Meadow on Tuesday, August 13 (2pm).
The first away trip will be to Morecambe on Monday, August 19 (7pm).
Meanwhile, Town's youth team will start their Youth Alliance under-18 North West region campaign with a trip to the seaside to face Blackpool on Saturday, August 10.
The first home game at the Shrewsbury Sports Village will be against Fleetwood Town on Saturday, August 17, with Accrington Stanley the visitors the following weekend.
