Shrewsbury Town Football Club are seeking to recruit a full time Accounts Assistant due to expanding our existing team. In this role you will be working within a close team reporting direct to the finance manager.
This role would suit someone who has previous experience working in accounts within a multi-functional accounts department. You will have an understanding of how purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank payments and bank reconciliations work. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to progress their career. The Accounts Assistant role will be both exciting and challenging.
To be considered for this role you must have Sage Line 50 experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Payroll experience desirable but not essential
- Bank reconciliation's, daily and weekly
- Posting and reconciliation's on SAGE
- Monitoring of aged Debtors and Creditors
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Production of sale invoices
- Inputting onto Sage
- Liaison with customers
- Petty Cash
- Ad Hoc
