School will represent Shrewsbury Town in the regional finals
Harlescott Junior School will go forward to represent Shrewsbury Town in the regional finals after winning the club's community scheme's Football League Kids Cup for under-11 boys.
It means they are on course to potentially seal a dream appearance on the hallowed Wembley turf if they manage to come through one more round.
They came out on top from the 18 schools which entered the competition at the Shrewsbury Sports Village.
They competed in six groups with the top team from each qualifying for the semi-finals with eventually Ladygrove, Mereside, Harlescott, Oakmeadow, Redhill and St George's progressing.
