Reach: "We're knocking on the door"

Adam thinks Town are on the right lines

Adam Reach, the winger on loan from Middlesbrough, believes Shrewsbury Town will improve the longer the season goes on.

Reach, now into his third month at the Greenhous Meadow, reckons Town are on the right lines and that the youngsters in the team are getting to grips with what is expected of them week in week out in League One.

"I think we're knocking on the door but we haven't quite got through it yet," said Reach, an England under-20 international. "It's just a matter of time, especially with a lot of young lads in the team.

"Young lads drop in and out of form, have highs and have lows, and I just think the more the season progresses, the more experience everyone gets together then the better we're going to play.

"I think probably around the turn of Christmas time, going into the new year, that's when the team will really start clicking and hopefully push on."

Reach added he was enjoying his time with Shrewsbury and had been made to feel very welcome by his team mates.

"I've made a lot of friends at the club and they've made me very welcome," he said.
