Town lined up against Tranmere Rovers at the Shrewsbury Sports Village in what was to be Wayne Evans last game in charge of the youngsters, and in the end it was another defeat for Town.
It was an overall lacklustre performance from Town in the end with a goal in each half from Tranmere giving the visitors an easy win.
Town now focus their attentions on the FA Youth Cup and a trip to Histon FC, the trip is pencilled in for Monday 4th November and this should be confirmed today.
